Basic Home Service

Exterior Home inspection, 7 point check - Doors, windows, gutters, roof, walls, fences and safety. Peace of mind knowing that you’re not finding surprises. An hour of your time. Perfect rental inspection.
Winter preparations

Gutter, downpipe cleanout and inspection - Roof seals/tile condition inspection. Don’t be caught out with storm surge overflowing your eaves - get rid of the leaves! Limited to single story home only, 1.5 - 2 hours.
All the cabinets and draws

Have all your kitchen or bathroom cabinet doors, draws tightened and adjusted - hinges secured. Replacement parts not included.
Advanced Service

Inside and outside inspection, taps, drains/sinks, basic plumbing, draws/cupboards, electrical sockets, lights - minor fixes on site (caulking, washers, adjusting screws on hinges) 2-3 hours depending on needs. Includes report.
